Healing begins where hope takes root.
Sometimes People Need Someone Else to Believe in Them Before They Can Believe in Themselves
My name is Jesse Damron, LADC, CCS, and I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Clinical Supervisor dedicated to helping individuals build meaningful and lasting change.
I founded B.R.A.C.E. Recovery Services because I believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, regardless of their past, current circumstances, or challenges they may be facing. Too often, people carry shame, self-doubt, and the belief that they are a burden to others. I believe healing begins when people are met with compassion, accountability, respect, and genuine human connection.
My approach is rooted in the belief that growth happens through relationships. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward at their own pace. While recovery and personal growth are rarely linear, meaningful change is possible when people are given the opportunity, support, and encouragement to discover their own strengths.
At B.R.A.C.E., our mission is simple:
Building Resiliency • Accountability • Connection • Empowerment
Whether you are seeking support for substance use, navigating the challenges of recovery, working to rebuild your life, or striving to maintain long-term recovery, my goal is to help you recognize your strengths, strengthen your resilience, and build a foundation for lasting change.
